          4. Materials & Certifications

          What does "recycled diamonds" mean?
I source all-natural diamonds from post-consumer sources, minimizing the environmental impact of newly mined diamonds.
What are Certified Sustainability Rated Diamonds?
These are diamonds certified by SCS Global Services, a leader in third-party sustainability certification. MIW is an accredited retailer of these diamonds.
What is the difference between "recycled" and "Fairmined" gold?
          • Recycled Gold and silver:

The recycled silver and gold I use are collected and alloyed at Hoover Strong, an industry-leading refinery that sources metals from non-mined, recycled sources, including reclaimed jewelry, silverware, coins, precious metal, and dental scrap.

          • What is Fairmined Gold: Is an assurance label that certifies gold from responsible artisanal and small-scale mining organizations. It supports mining as an active force for good.

            5. Appraisals

            Do you provide appraisals?
I can provide an evaluation documenting the retail value of your piece for insurance purposes. However, for formal appraisals, I recommend consulting a certified third-party appraiser.
Where can I get your jewelry appraised?
Consult a certified third-party appraiser for professional appraisals.

              6. Stones

Will my stones match the pictures on the website exactly?
The stone shown in the picture is the one you will receive. If you have specific preferences, let me know, and I’ll create a bespoke piece for you.
